* Until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 1033 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 24 nm south of Tug Rio Caroni, or 31 nm south of R2 Tower, moving east at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
