* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.0 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
