* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EDT early this morning. For the Gale Warning, until 1 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
