* WHERE...Municipality of Skagway.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 10 PM AKDT this evening. For the Wind Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects, damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
