* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Major Flood stage. Water is near and under low lying houses on Donovan Circle with the road flooded. Goat Cooper and Waterworld Roads impassable, with major flooding near the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 17.2 feet tomorrow evening.
