Special Weather Statement

At 810 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 9 miles west of Big Arm to 24 miles northwest of Seeley Lake, or extending from 16 miles northwest of Polson to 28 miles southeast of Polson, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph and frequent lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Polson, Ronan, Swan Lake, Turtle Lake, Woods Bay, Kings Point, Rocky Point, Pablo, Jette, Bigfork, Kerr, Big Arm, Finley Point, Salmon Prairie, Rollins, Condon, Dayton, Lakeside and Proctor.
