HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana and Asan.
