* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant west swell, northerly swells and large localized wind waves are producing sea conditions hazardous to small craft through at least Thursday afternoon. However, seas may briefly drop below 10 feet tonight as winds and swells decrease slightly, before another resurgence in the monsoon pattern brings seas back up Wednesday.
