* WIND...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.
* IMPACTS...Wind reaching these speeds and humidity drier than 15 percent can result in rapid fire spread and extreme wildfire intensity.
