* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Low-lying cropland floods. At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
