* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of north central Ohio, including the following counties, Erie, Huron and Lorain.
* WHEN...Until 300 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1103 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lorain, Elyria, Vermilion, Western Vermilion, Westlake, North Ridgeville, Avon Lake, Amherst, Grafton, Wellington, Wakeman, North Olmsted, Avon, Sheffield Lake, Eaton, Oberlin, Sheffield, Lagrange, Penfield and South Amherst.
