The Flood Advisory will expire at 1245 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of east central, south central, and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in east central Kentucky, Estill. In south central Kentucky, Laurel and Rockcastle. In southeast Kentucky, Clay, Jackson, Lee and Owsley.
Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
