* At 413 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a wind shift, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This wind shift was located along a line from 16 NM northwest of Calibogue Sound to near Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, moving south at 15 knots.
Locations impacted include... Channel Buoy 5, Whitewater Reef, Savannah Buoy, Gaskins Bank Wreck, Gaskin Banks, Savannah River Entrance, Buoy K C, Motherlode Barge, Hilton Head Reef, Sailboat Jupiter, Calibogue Sound, 110 Degree Olympic Buoy, Fish America, Wassaw Sound Buoy and Sea Buoy 2w.
