The Flood Advisory will expire at 545 PM AST this afternoon for a portion of Puerto Rico, including the following areas, Camuy, Isabela, Lares, Moca, Quebradillas and San Sebastian.

The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Please continue to heed remaining road closures and continue to monitor Rio Culebrinas.
