* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 807 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Copperas Cove, Gatesville, Lampasas, McGregor, Fort Hood, Kempner, Fort Gates, Mother Neff State Park, Colorado Bend State Park, Lometa, Oglesby, South Mountain, Whitson, Osage, Arnett, Topsey, Pidcoke, Izoro and Rumley.
