Locations impacted include... Forrest City, Wynne, Marianna, Earle, Hughes, Parkin, Madison, Palestine, Village Creek State Park, St Francis National Park, Tunica, Caldwell, Crawfordsville, Edmondson, Colt, Horseshoe Lake, Lexa, Widener, Rondo, and Aubrey.

This includes Interstate 40 in Arkansas between mile markers 226 and 271.
