* WHERE...A portion of east central New York, including the following counties, Albany, Columbia, Greene and Rensselaer.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is still occurring in some areas. A few roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 934 AM EDT, Residual flooding is still occurring across parts of the area with a few roads remaining closed. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
