* WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 PM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds quickly ramp up early Friday morning and peak around 4 am to 7am. Winds then slowly weaken through the day Friday.
