* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1104 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area, especially near West Alexandria. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Eaton, West Alexandria and Wheatville. This includes areas along Bantas Fork and Twin Creek.
