At 142 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles northwest of Fillmore to 7 miles west of Kanosh. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include... Fillmore, Scipio, Kanosh, Meadow, Holden, Hatton, Flowell, Greenwood, Mc Cornick, and Yuba Lake State Park.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 15 between mile markers 145 and 201. US Route 50 between mile markers 102 and 153.
