* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Louisiana, including the following parish, St. Landry.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1051 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Flood water from heavy rain in south Avoyelles and north Saint Landry Parishes is draining southward into central Saint Landry. Flooding may occur along Bayou des Glaises Diversion Canal, Bayou Courtableau, and Bayou Teche north of Highway 190. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
