* WIND...WEST AT 10 TO 20 WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 11 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will possibly spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
