* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 415 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Thunderstorms have continued to develop across the Edisto Island area over the last 60 to 90 minutes. Radar estimates suggest that 1 to 2 inches of rain has already fallen, with isolated amounts up to around 3 inches likely. An additional 1 to 2 inches will be possible before the storms dissipate. Minor flooding is possible, and could impact Highway 174 across Edisto Island into Edisto Beach. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
