* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Dona Ana County in New Mexico.
* WHEN...Until 915 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 720 PM MDT, Scattered thunderstorms between Hatch and Radium Springs have produced around a half inch of rain over basins feeding several low water crossings along state highways 185 and 154. Minor flooding is expected in these low water crossings. - Additional thunderstorms moving in from the north this evening could result in worse flooding if they hold together. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
