* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 454 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-moving showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen across the hardest hit locations. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. Excessive runoff will cause minor flooding of small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Prestonsburg, Salyersville, Mason, Bradley, Burning Fork, Ivyton, Mashfork, Conley, Stringtown, Lakesville, Riceville, Gullett, Swamp Branch, Gifford, Dobson, Elsie, Fritz, Bonanza, Patton and Stella.
