* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and southwest Nebraska, including the following counties, in central Nebraska, Custer. In southwest Nebraska, Chase, Frontier, Hayes, Lincoln and Perkins.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall is expected over the next few days as moisture from two Pacific hurricanes tracks across the region. Locally heavy rainfall could lead to areas of flooding and flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
