At 713 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over Mammoth and across washes east of the San Pedro River near Mammoth. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Mammoth and along River Rd near and south of Mammoth.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Mammoth and River Rd near and south of Mammoth towards Big Wash. Washes include Clark Wash, Mulberry Wash, Copper Creek, Mammoth Wash, and Dry Camp Canyon.
