IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... White Oaks.
This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 60 and 63.
Dangerous water levels are expected in Tortolita Creek, Nogal Arroyo, and eventually Cottonwood Creek.
