* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 254 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that much of the Warning area had picked up 3-5 inches of rain in the last 24 hours. Many rural roads are experiencing significant flooding. Area creeks and rivers will also experience significant within-bank rises, and mainly minor flooding of main rivers is also possible. Additional off and on, mainly light, rain is possible today. Dry conditions return by tonight and will likely persist for at least several days. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
