* WHERE...Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia... Northwestern Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... Northeastern Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... Harrison County in northern West Virginia... Taylor County in northern West Virginia...
* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1013 AM EDT, Flooding is occurring in the warned area due to thunderstorms last night. This includes locations along Middle Fork Tygart Valley River where the automated gauge at Audra State Park was in moderate flood. The latest gauge reading there was 11.65 feet and falling. At these stages the the campground and roads within the park are flooded. In addition, lowl-lying locations along the West Fork River from Shinnston to Enterprise can expect flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Grafton, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Belington, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Lumberport, Anmoore, Enterprise, West Milford, Junior, Lost Creek, Flemington, Galloway, Rosemont, Meadland and Century. - This includes the following highways...
