* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following county, Rockcastle.
* WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1232 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-moving showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area between 12:30 and 1:30 PM. Excessive runoff will result in minor flooding of small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Vernon, Burr, Flat Rock, Muellersville, Wellhope, Orlando, Pine Hill, Hummel, Dudley Station, Renfro Valley, Lake Linville, Sinks, Sand Hill, Withers, Wildie, Sand Springs, Donaro, Maretburg, Roundstone and Bummer.
