Heat Advisory

* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, heat index values as high as 100 expected. For the Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions with heat index values as high as 110 possible.

* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Northern Erie, Genesee, Livingston, and Ontario Counties.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, from noon to 8 PM EDT Tuesday. For the Extreme Heat Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Extreme heat and humidity will significantly increase the potential for heat related illnesses, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat related illnesses to occur.
