* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeastern Elko County and exit 378 in Oasis.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 106 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall of up to 1.5 inches due to thunderstorms just south of Oasis.
