* WHERE...The coastal waters from Duck to Oregon Inlet.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM Tuesday to 5 PM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
