* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility. Near to below freezing temperatures may lead to frost on bridges and roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of dense fog will affect Anchorage, portions of the Seward Highway, especially along Turnagain Arm, and Portage tonight into Wednesday morning.
