* WHERE...Southeastern Inyo County in south central California... San Bernardino County in southern California... Southeastern Nye County in south central Nevada... Southwestern Clark County in southern Nevada...

* WHEN...Until 900 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 722 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
