* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds around 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt expected.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD, Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA and Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM EDT this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM to 6 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
