* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 5 AM EDT Monday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM Monday to midnight EDT Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous highest waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
