* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, The county road about 500 feet north of the gage begins to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 23.2 feet Friday morning.
