* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Monday morning to a crest of 23.4 feet Monday evening.
