* WHEN...Until late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...At 29.2 feet, This is similar to the flood on June 9 1937. The restaurant had 3 feet of water inside. Numerous homes were flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 28.1 feet tomorrow morning.
