* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 615 PM EDT, The automated gage on the South Fork of the Hughes River below Macfarlan was in minor flood stage with a reading of 22.8 feet and slowly rising. At a stage of 22 feet, Oxbow Road below the gage flood along with low-lying areas adjacent to the river. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
