At 543 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Olustee, or 16 miles east of Lake City. A strong thunderstorm was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and excessive cloud-to-ground lightning.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is occurring.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Baker County.
