* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Hawks Road near the gauge becomes flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 3.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 19.1 feet Wednesday evening.
