At 1019 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and waterspouts. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Altamaha Sound to 11 nm southeast of Jekyll Island. The thunderstorms were nearly stationary.
