Areas of fog, notably within river valleys, have developed (or will soon develop) and are expected to persist through the start of the morning commute. Visibilities will be below a half of a mile at times in the thickest of the fog. Please slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Conditions are expected to improve shortly after sunrise.
