* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.7 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
