* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, water at the lower TA 250 Training Ground is two feet deep.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 2.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 14.2 feet early Monday morning.
