At 657 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from over Mud Butte to over Thompson Butte, or along a line from 40 miles west of Faith to 14 miles southeast of Rapid City, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and small hail.

Locations impacted include... Rapid Valley, Ellsworth Air Force Base, Box Elder, New Underwood, Union Center, Enning, Hereford, Fairpoint, Stoneville, Red Owl, Caputa, Farmingdale, Mud Butte, Maurine, Curlew Lake, Viewfield, Rapid City Airport, Thompson Butte and Railroad Buttes.

This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 64 and 88.
