At 817 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 48 nm northeast of Apollo Beach to 38 nm east of Port Canaveral to 40 nm northeast of Sebastian Inlet, moving northeast at 15 knots.
